Born from solid artisan roots in 1976, CEI has been able to establish itself as an extremely qualified and reliable reference Company in the international market of blocks for hydraulic systems. CEI Hydraulic Manifolds is specialized in the manufacturing of blocks for hydraulic systems.
The company – thanks to its long-term experience and with an eye towards the future – in recent years has started an important renewal process, in continuous evolution, to consolidate, qualify and further grow its production capacity and to project itself with momentum towards industry 4.0.
CEI is organized to support the Costumer from prototyping to mass production. The company is organized to meet the ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

The Company have a wide range of special tools, chosen with the utmost care for different types of processed materials. Tools development is carried out internally, and we collaborate with global industry leaders.
CEI currently has 12 machining centers with a total of 62 pallets. The various types of equipment are designed to ensure extensive versatility in processing blocks of various sizes.
SYNTHETIC PRODUCTION PROCESS
The design process, developed with the latest CAD software, supports the customer in the product definition phase with a dedicated service.
The processed materials are Aluminum alloys, Steel alloys (including Stainless Steel) and Cast Iron. They are purchased already cut to size for a quick processing paying attention to origin and quality certification.
The programming of the machining centers is carried out with advanced software that communicates with the machines through CAD-CAM system.
The production, managed by specialized operators, is currently entrusted to 12 machining centers, 62 pallets, and over 4000 tools, including 1800 for cavities. Different surface finishing, accurate assembly and packaging processes complete the offer of supplied products.
The quality of every produced part is assured by meticulous checking achieved by the aid of high technology instruments and equipment in compliance with company and Customer specifications.
The cleaning of the products is carried out with an ultrasonic washing system able to ensure respect of the strictest contamination requirements.
Final inspection to the 100% of the produced parts to assure the conformity to defined technical requirements.
The packaging, also in accordance with specific customer requirements, is handled with the utmost care to preserve the integrity of the items during transportation. Delivery is worldwide.
